Cancellation Policy
Please read our cancellation policy carefully to avoid additional charges. Proper cancellation procedures must be followed to ensure fair scheduling for all customers.
Required Notice Period
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must provide at least 3 (three) business hours' notice prior to the start of your scheduled appointment window.
Example:
If your appointment is scheduled between 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM, you must notify us before 9:00 AM on the same day to avoid cancellation fees.
Proper Cancellation Procedure
A service appointment can only be cancelled by speaking directly with a live agent, who will provide you with a cancellation confirmation code over the phone.
How to Cancel:
- Call (619) 639-7535 during business hours
- Speak with a live customer service agent
- Provide your appointment details
- Receive and record your cancellation confirmation code
Late Cancellation Fee
Failure to comply with our cancellation policy will result in a reduced service call fee of $125.00.
This fee applies when:
- Less than 3 hours' notice is provided
- Cancellation is attempted via voicemail after hours
- No cancellation confirmation code is obtained
- Customer is not present at the scheduled appointment time
Payment Terms:
Payment of the $125.00 late cancellation fee must be made within 24 hours of the original appointment time.
Rescheduling Your Appointment
We understand that schedules change. If you need to reschedule rather than cancel, the same 3-hour notice requirement applies.
Contact our office as early as possible to arrange an alternative appointment time that works for both you and our service team. Same-day rescheduling is subject to availability.
